Table Talk is an opportunity for a small group of NACD members to engage with their director peers to discuss a relevant topic over lunch.

The rapidly changing business environment has introduced new complexities and risks. Boards now oversee risks related to advancing technologies, new business models, interconnected supply chains, and evolving political environments. 

Building on the March 12 panel program on risk, fellow board member Catharine de Lacy  will lead a discussion focused on how boards can effectively monitor and mitigate these diverse risk factors. 

Join us for an excellent opportunity to share insights, and discuss challenges and strategies with your director peers. 

1.  Should boards be spending more time discussing risk?

2.  How is the new digital era impacting your approach to risk and realigning discussions in the boadroom?

3.  What is the governance structure in place for addressing risk and will that change, and why?
