Sara Jones is the president of InclusionPro, her consulting firm that creates transformative global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. InclusionPro strives for organizational alignment, honoring the journey of leaders and teams as they work together toward equitable outcomes. Jones has advocated throughout her career for the benefits of greater diversity in our companies, boardrooms, and circles of power. From patent attorney to CEO, Jones has 24 years of executive, business, technology, content, revenue, and legal strategy experience. She serves on the Utah State Workforce Development Board, Intermountain Healthcare Salt Lake Valley Hospitals Board, and NACD Utah Chapter Board. Jones is a founder of Women Tech Council, a national organization focused on the economic impact of women in driving high growth for the technology sector. Jones’s recognitions include a Distinguished Alumni for the University of Utah (2021), Utah Business CEO of the Year (2019), and a Distinguished Alumni for the University of Utah College of Engineering (2017). Jones has a juris doctor from the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School and a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the University of Utah.
