Mark Lucas

Mark E. Lucas has been a transformative CEO over the past 15 years, leading both public and private companies. Currently retired, he was most recently the president and chief executive officer of Minnesota-based Imation Corp. (NYSE: IMN), a position he held from 2010-2015. Previously, he served as an independent director of Imation from 2007 and as a member of Imation’s Audit and Finance Committee and Compensation Committee. He was also the chairman and CEO of the Geneva Watch Group, one of the top 10 watch manufacturers in the world. Prior to leading Geneva Watch Group, he was president and CEO of Altec Lansing Technologies, a leading provider of powered, portable, personal, and interactive audio products.

Lucas is currently an independent director for Noble BioMaterials Inc., and, in the non-profit community, he serves on the boards of United Way of Salt Lake City and the NACD Utah Chapter. He is a member of the Consumer Technology Association, Park City Angel Investors group, and Pandolabs Innovation Center, where he is pursuing mentorship involvement for technology start-ups.

Lucas resides in Park City Utah with his wife of 39 years. He enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, golf, and ocean sports of all types.
