Jennifer Johnston

Jennifer Jolley Johnston is a senior vice president of Zions Bancorporation N.A., a $90 billion (assets) financial services company operating over 400 full-service banking offices throughout the western United States. She oversees regulatory and strategic projects between the company’s eight locally branded bank divisions and serves as assistant secretary to the board of directors. Prior to joining Zions, she worked on the campaign staff of Rep. William Orton.

Johnston was recognized in American Banker magazine’s “Most Powerful Women in Banking” top teams and Utah Business magazine’s list of “Forty under 40” business leaders, and she received Zions Bank’s “Excellence, It Starts With Me” award. She holds a master of business administration from Brigham Young University.

Active in community affairs, Johnston is secretary of the Salt Lake County Zoo, Arts, and Parks’ reauthorization and preservation committee. She is a past chair of the board of commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of Salt Lake, American Bankers Association’s education foundation board, and the Utah State Board of Education’s Do the Write Thing Challenge (a national violence prevention initiative for middle school students); secretary/treasurer of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals - Salt Lake Chapter; director of People Helping People and the Utah Board of Juvenile Justice; and a member of the advocacy committee of the Utah Women and Education Initiative and the American Dream Ideas Challenge community advisory board.
