Nina M. Faber

Nina M. Faber is Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for MSA Safety, Inc., global manufacturing company based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania and listed on the NYSE. Founded in 1914, MSA develops and manufactures safety products that enhance the health and safety of workers throughout the world. In her role, Nina is the principal architect of MSA’s global DE&I vision and strategy. She partners with company leaders, coaching them on inclusion building DE&I leadership methods, while also helping to deploy enterprise-level DE&I programs. Nina also serves as an external ambassador for the company, partnering with third-parties on DE&I advancing initiatives that impact MSA’s communities and stakeholders. A licensed attorney, prior to Nina’s leadership of DE&I, she held various roles with MSA, both in HR and legal. Most recently, as part of MSA’s HR team, Nina served as Executive Director of HR for MSA’s Americas segment. Before her time in-house for MSA, Nina was an attorney for Reed Smith, LLP and clerked for Hon. Thomas M. Hardiman, US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; Hon. Arthur J. Schwab, US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; and Hon. Judith F. Olson, Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Nina is Vice President of the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh. She also serves on the Pittsburgh Women’s Alliance Events Committee, and is an Honorary Member of her local fire department, providing volunteer legal and HR counsel when needed. Nina completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, and received her JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Sabrina Saunders Mosby
A native of Pittsburgh, PA, the “City of Bridges,” Sabrina Saunders Mosby has spent the better part of her career helping others cross them. A seasoned executive, Ms. Mosby currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Vibrant Pittsburgh, a premier economic development membership organization and the region's central resource, spokesperson, and convener on workforce diversity and inclusion. A futuristic thought leader and workplace inclusion catalyst, she has held senior roles at numerous nonprofits, spent close to a decade in the government sector and is a sought-after speaker and facilitator. Ms. Mosby has a proven track record of partnering with business and community leaders to develop strategic change and build local programs. Ms. Mosby is the recipient of numerous awards and honors including being named an Athena Young Professional Finalist, Ebony Magazine Top 30, Pittsburgh Courier Fab 40, Pittsburgh Magazine 40 under 40, Whirl Magazine 50 Finest, and to the Pittsburgh Business Times' Power 100 list and inaugural City and State Power 100. Sabrina is deeply involved in public service and her community and professional affiliations are many, including serving on the boards of Allegheny Health Network, the Pittsburgh Women’s Alliance, Pennsylvania American Water, Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, Mount Ararat Community Activity Center, and as Vice-Chair of the board for her alma mater, Oakland Catholic High School. Ms. Mosby is an alumnus of Leadership Pittsburgh’s LDI XVII, holds a Master of Science degree from Carlow University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Sabrina lives in the Pittsburgh region with her husband Brandon and their son Lincoln.
