Lynette Horrell is a partner in Ernst & Young’s Global SEC Independence Center, focusing on advising and assisting global teams on independence considerations related to alternative business models. She is also an assurance services partner with Ernst & Young in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has 34 years of experience serving numerous publicly listed companies in different industries with emphasis in the manufacturing, chemicals, and technology industries. She was admitted to the Ernst & Young partnership in 1998. Prior to her current role, she was the Pittsburgh Office managing partner for 12 years.

In addition to the NACD, Horrell currently serves on the boards of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, Pennsylvania Economy League of Southwestern PA, Duquesne Club, Extra Mile Foundation, Pittsburgh Technology Council, and World Affairs Council.
