Susan McGee serves on the boards of directors of several Goldman Sachs-sponsored companies involved in private-credit lending. She also serves on the board of directors of ETTL Engineers & Consultants, a geotechnical engineering firm as well as the NACD Texas TriCities Chapter Board.

McGee served as president of US Global Investors Inc., a publicly traded registered investment advisor specializing in metals, mining, and natural resources, from 1998 to 2018 and as the company’s general counsel from 1997 to 2018. McGee was responsible for directing the overall planning, financial, proprietary investments, budgetary, and operations functions of the organization. As general counsel and chief compliance officer, she was responsible for the organization’s compliance and risk management functions. McGee also served on the Investment Company Institute board of governors from 2008 to 2018.
