Will Hardee

Advisory Board Member

Will Hardee has served on boards in the energy, biotechnical, and financial sectors for the last 27 years. Most recently, from 2001 to 2015, he was a board member for Harvest Natural Resources, a NYSE international oil and gas company with operations in Venezuela and Gabon and previous operations in Russia, Indonesia, China, and the United States, and he served in the following capacities: Audit Committee (13 years); Humans Resources Committee (10 years); where he was chair for five years; and Governance Committee (4 years). He also served on special committees addressing debt and equity financings.

Hardee previously served on the Board of Gamma Biologicals, an AMEX-listed biotech company, serving on the Audit and Compensation Committees, where he was chair for the latter. Gamma Biologicals was bought by Immucor Inc. in 1998.
Hardee’s financial services experiences include serving on the Board of the Bank of Almeda, a Texas State Bank, where he chaired the Compensation Committee and was a member of the Audit and Risk Committees. The bank was bought in 1992. Since 2008, he has served on the Board of Port Bay Wetlands LLC, a private wetland mitigation bank, and is currently chairman of the Board.

In addition, Hardee is a former limited partner and advisory director of the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association. Currently, he is an elder for Southminster Presbyterian Church, where he serves on the Resources and Management Committee. He is also on the board of the NACD Texas TriCities Chapter where he serves as the Houston Partner Chair.

Hardee is a managing director at RBC Wealth Management as a financial advisor and of Corporate and Executive Services. He holds a Certificate of Education from NACD and is a Board Leadership Fellow. He earned a BBA from the University of Texas, Austin, and holds the RBC Wealth Management Accredited Wealth Management designation in association with the Estate and Wealth Strategies of Michigan State University.
