As a partner at Thompson & Knight LLP, Tim Samson represents clients in corporate and securities matters, with significant experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, company partnership and fund formations, and private placements and transfers of securities. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Houston Producers Forum.
