Kenneth Guidry, CPA, is the president of Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, PC (PKF Texas), a role he has held since 2005. PKF Texas is a premier middle-market CPA firm in Houston, with a 30+ year history focused on assisting local and international businesses. Under his leadership, PKF Texas has seen tremendous growth as one of the fastest growing firms in the Southwest and has been recognized for outstanding culture and innovation, including Inside Public Accounting’s Best of the Best, Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For, Best Companies to Work For in Texas, and the When Work Works Award for Flexibility.

Guidry is frequently consulted and has served as a panelist discussing issues ranging from firm management to human capital and practice growth. He has been quoted by several national and regional publications and trade journals on firm culture and business development. He was on the cover of Practical Accountant for working with universities, was Leading Edge Alliance’s Innovative Firm Leader of the Year, named a Top 100 Most Influential Practitioner by CPA Magazine, and was recently named to the inaugural Managing Partner Elite by Accounting Today.

In addition to leading PKF Texas, Guidry has served on the Board of Directors for PKF International and the board of PKF North America (now Allinial Global), including a term as chairman. He is also on the boards of the University of Houston Bauer College Dean’s Advisory Board, Bauer College Accountancy and Taxation Advisory Board, and the NACD Advisory Board. Guidry recently joined the board for the Greater Houston Partnership and serves as chair of the Audit Committee. He is a graduate of the Center for Houston’s Future Spring 2011 Leadership Forum and a current Fellow of The American Leadership Forum Class XXXVII.
