Jordan Reed is a managing director specializing in the execution of internal audit and financial advisory solutions. He is also responsible for Protiviti’s Houston market. Reed has over 25 years of experience assisting clients with internal audit planning and execution and has been involved with all phases of internal control over financial reporting initiatives. He transitioned to Protiviti as a founding member at inception in 2002 after starting his career at Arthur Andersen.

Reed is a frequent speaker on topics including internal audit, internal control, business resilience, and emerging technology. He is proud to serve on the board of governors of the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and currently leads the professional development committee.
