Hollie Castro is a distinguished business leader with over 25 years’ experience enhancing shareholder value through strategic business growth and transformation at global companies.

Castro is a five-time Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer with experience spanning Fortune 500 companies to late-stage start-ups. She has driven ROI and governance of talent investments while architecting cultures that propel IPO readiness and global expansion. Her expertise in global HR strategy, talent management, succession planning, diversity, ethics, and governance makes her a trusted advisor to the C-Suite and Board. Recognized for leading transformations, uniting teams to solve complex challenges, and creating workplaces where employees thrive and consistently delivers exceptional performance outcomes and significant shareholder value.

She has managed budgets of up to $200 million across 90 countries with workforces ranging from 1,500 to 50,000 employees at companies such as YETI, BMC Software, Talisman Energy and technology Saas start-ups Miro and Kony. Castro has lived and worked in five countries, is fluent in Italian, Portuguese, French, Spanish, and English. She is a certified Board Director by Stanford University and NACD and holds an International MBA from Thunderbird and a B.A. from Marlboro College, along with certification as an executive coach. Her practical, outcome-oriented approach is rooted in first principles thinking.

Castro has experience with key transitions and strategic leadership. She aided in the transition from private to publicly traded companies at Groupe Dynamite and Yeti. Additionally, she ensured smooth privatization of BMC Software during its sale to Bain Capital and Insight Partners and has partnered with investors while at Accel and ICONIQ Capital at Miro and private equity Cortec Group at YETI. She also assisted in global market expansions at Groupe Dynamite, YETI, BMC Software and Talisman Energy.

She is passionate about mentoring women and next-generation leaders. She also enjoys musical theater, gourmet cooking, mountain adventures, and traveling with her family.
