William D. “Bill” Zollars is the former Chair, President, and CEO of YRC Worldwide Inc. He was a ProLogis trustee from 2001 to 2010 and returned to the Prologis board after the merger with AMB Property Corporation in 2011. As a current board member, he serves on the board governance and nomination committee as well as the compensation committee. From 1999 to 2011, Mr. Zollars was Chairman, President, and CEO of YRC Worldwide, Inc., one of the largest global transportation service providers. Before that, he was President of Yellow Transportation, Inc., starting in 1996 during a major management transition. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Zollars was Senior Vice President of Ryder Integrated Logistics, a division of Ryder System, Inc., based in Miami. Earlier, he spent 24 years in executive positions at Eastman Kodak, including assignments in London, Toronto, and Tokyo. In addition to Prologis, Mr. Zollars currently serves on the boards of CIGNA Corporation and Cerner Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Minnesota and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
