Wanda Silva is an accomplished President, CEO, and Board Director, with over 25 years of experience as a business owner and founder of Silva Capital Solutions, one of the most respected boutique Merger & Acquisition firms in the U.S. Her experience includes over 100 transactions with an aggregate sales price of over $1 billion within healthcare and business services. She possesses a deep understanding of the entire business life cycle from start-up to exit and has a proven track record of driving accretive and successful M&A growth that aligns with a company’s strategic objectives. With intense customer focus, Wanda has built and scaled a legacy M&A business based on expertise, respect, integrity, trust, and honesty. Wanda is the nation’s M&A expert and thought leader in the consolidation of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space, playing a significant role in making a stronger and more robust industry. Her expertise on topics such as acquisition profitability, valuation, deal terms, exit strategy, and succession planning is evidenced in her publications and speaking engagements. Wanda is often invited to present to Board of Directors on PEO M&A and market dynamics. Prior to founding Silva Capital Solutions, she led due diligence, transition, assimilation, and implementation for over 32 acquisitions as Vice President – People Strategy for a public Healthcare Services company which grew from $90M to $263M. Wanda holds a BA in Business and Communications from the University of North Carolina, a MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin, and a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from Georgia Institute of Technology.
