Victoria is an Independent Director and Executive with experience in multiple consumer-driven, privately held companies. Since 2017 she has been an Independent Director and Compensation Committee Chair for Just Born Quality Confections, the parent company of Peeps Marshmallow Candies, Mike and Ike, Hot Tamales and Goldenberg’s Peanut Chews. She also serves on the board of Highlights for Children, parent company of the well-known children’s magazine, books, puzzles and other products. There she serves as Lead Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee.

Since June 2012, Victoria has served as President of Foot Traffic USA, a small family company and brand leader in fashion legwear and novelty socks. 

Prior to that, she had a successful 30-year career at Hallmark Cards, Inc. Her most recent role was as Vice President of Strategic Planning where she provided leadership to the strategic direction and decisions of the corporation, including the Hallmark North American retail and wholesale businesses, International, Crayola and Crown Media, parent company of the Hallmark Cable Television Channel.

Victoria earned an undergraduate degree in business from Marquette University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. She and her husband reside in the commercial six-story building they bought and renovated in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
