Theo Killion currently serves on the boards of Claire’s, is Lead Director for Torrid and Chair of the Board for A Better Chance. Since November 2016, Mr. Killion has also been a managing partner of The Sierra Institute, a Dallas based human resources consortium. He is also on the Advisory Board for the School of Arts and Sciences for Tufts University.

Mr. Killion worked for The Zale Corporation from January 2008 until July 2014, serving as EVP, Human Resources, Legal and Strategy before becoming Chief Executive Officer from January 2010 until his retirement in 2014. Prior to Zale, Mr. Killion held Human Resource executive positions at a number of iconic retailers including Tommy Hilfiger, Limited Brands (now L Brands), The Home Shopping Network and Macy’s. Mr. Killion holds M. Ed. and B.A. degrees from Tufts University. In addition to his service on our board of directors, Mr. Killion currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Claire’s Stores, Inc., a privately-held global retailer of fashionable jewelry accessories, where he serves as a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Killion previously served as a member of the board of directors of Tailored Brands, Inc., Libbey, Inc., Express, Inc. and The Zale Corporation when he was CEO. Mr. Killion is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
