

Terry Rappuhn

Terry Rappuhn is an experienced independent board member, having served on the boards of seven public companies in health-related industries including health services, medical devices, pharma, and technology. The companies had differing characteristics, including rapid growth, stable but low growth, high leverage, and minimal leverage. During her board tenure, five companies underwent significant transformation including an initial public offering, mergers, or financial restructuring. At one company, she was elected board chair during a time of crisis. She has chaired five audit committees and served on multiple nominating and governance committees. Rappuhn was named by Women Inc. as a 2019 Most Influential Corporate Board Director and recognized in the 2018 List of Directors to Watch by Directors & Boards magazine. Earlier in her career, she was chief financial officer of a public company that owned and operated hospitals and health systems. She is a CPA and holds the NACD CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight.
Rappuhn founded Westminster Home Connection, which repairs and makes mobility modifications in more than 280 homes annually, preserving affordable housing while empowering low-income older adults to age in place. Her passion is making consumer experience and business models that align with incentives to provide value to consumers and society.
