Stef Silverstein recently joined Jefferies to help lead and further elevate the firm’s TMT M&A franchise. She joins from Goldman Sachs, where she spent the last decade, after nearly a decade at Lehman / Barclays.

She brings deep experience serving publicly traded, PE-owned and venture-backed companies, and has advised on some of the most notable tech transactions of the last decade, including Twitter’s $44B sale to Elon Musk, Silver Lake’s $26B take private of Endeavor, Zynga’s $13B sale to Take-Two, and Zenimax’s $8B sale to Microsoft.

Stef received a BA cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Wharton where she was a Forté Fellow.
