Stan has more than 30 years of experience providing professional services, including approximately 17 years with the Big 4. He has more than 25 years of experience providing financial and accounting due diligence and transaction advisory services in a wide range of industries including Industrial Products and Services, Energy Services, Healthcare and Financial Services. Stan is currently the leader of RSM’s due diligence practice serving Corporate and Strategic clients. More recently he has participated on several Energy Services transactions including a refinery and oil field staffing and rental equipment entities. Prior to joining RSM, Stan was a senior vice president in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice providing M&A advisory and transaction support services to buyers and sellers. Stan earned a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) and a Limited Representative – Investment Banking (Series 79)
