Silvia Mazzucchelli is a board director, advisor, and leader in the consumer and retail space. She currently is a senior advisor to The Boston Consulting Group and also serves on various private and public boards, including as chair of Coyuchi Inc., a sustainable home textile brand, director of VTEX (NYSE), a leading digital commerce platform, and director of Carbon38, a Footlocker backed activewear brand. She previously served as chair of the board of Sequential Brands Group (NASDAQ: SQBG), director of PAS Group (ASX: PGR) and director of two KKR portfolio companies. Ms Mazzucchelli contributions in strategy development, scaling consumer brands and digital transformations leverage a 25+ years track-record as a consumer and retail business leader and advisor. In 2021, she was CEO for The Collected Group, a KKR portfolio company, and from 2019 to 2020 she was CEO for ModCloth, a Walmart e-commerce company. From 2010 to 2019 she held various senior executive roles at American Apparel, Gildan Activewear, Toms Shoes, and GUESS? Inc. She began her professional career at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where she spent over 12 years assisting Fortune 500 clients in consumer and retail in Europe and North America. Ms. Mazzucchelli graduated with an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, and holds a BSBA degree from Bocconi University in Italy and an International Business Diploma from the Stockholm School of Economics.
