Shari Bower is the regional executive at the Miami Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She is a member of the core group of Atlanta Fed leaders advising on monetary policy, and her work with business executives in the branch's 13-county area helps bring local insights to national policy deliberations. Shari oversees the Miami Branch's board of directors, the District's Advisory Council on Travel and Tourism, and regional community outreach efforts.

She began her career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a summer intern in 2004 and joined the Atlanta Fed in January 2020.

Shari serves on the boards of Junior Achievement of Greater Miami and the Center for Financial training International. She is a member of Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class 42 and the International Women's Forum, Florida. A native of Queens, New York, Shari earned a bachelor's degree in international relations and anthropology from Tufts University and a master's degree in public policy from New York University.
