Samantha Hale Crispin is a seasoned mergers-and-acquisitions (M&A) partner at Baker Botts with over 20 years of experience representing publicly traded and privately held companies and private equity funds in complex M&A transactions and capital markets transactions. Samantha leads the firm’s corporate department and serves on the executive committee. She focuses her practice on M&As; public offerings and private placements; corporate reorganizations, spin-offs and split-offs, strategic alliances, and joint ventures; corporate governance and compliance matters; and strategic business transactions. Her clients comes from media, technology, energy and energy tech, infrastructure, and construction products industries. Samantha also serves on the executive committee for the Center for Women in Law and on the board of directors of the North Texas Business Council for the Arts, a nonprofit organization that fosters strategic corporate investment in the arts and culture of Dallas, Texas.

Samantha was recently named one of the Top Women in Dealmaking by The Deal and one of Kayo Conference series’ Top 21 in ‘21 Women in Tech and was the recipient of the Dallas Women Lawyers Association 2020 Outstanding Woman Lawyer award.
