Sally Stetson

Sally brings more than two decades of experience as an executive search consultant. She has worked across diverse industries including life sciences and pharmaceutical, healthcare systems, manufacturing, telecommunications, non-profit and professional services. Sally also serves as Practice Leader for the firm’s Human Resources Specialty Practice. Prior to co-founding Salveson Stetson Group, Sally served as Vice President of Client Services for Right Management Consultants and as Vice President of W.K. Gray and Associates, a retained executive search firm. She also held senior human resources management positions at Thomas Jefferson University. Sally holds a Master of Arts from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Modern Group, a privately held, industrial equipment service and sales supplier, as well as the Board of Directors for Concorde Career Colleges, a for-profit national organization that prepares committed students for successful employment in rewarding healthcare professions. Sally is also a committee member for SHRM’s HR People + Strategy (HRPS) Strategic HR Forum and an Emeritus Board Member of the Board of Directors for the Please Touch Museum. Being named one of Pennsylvania’s “50 Best Women in Business” by the Governor of Pennsylvania was a truly notable moment in Sally’s professional journey. She believes strongly in building community and giving back. Sally was honored when The Philadelphia Business Journal named her as one of its “Women of Distinction” for her ongoing commitment and contributions both personally and professionally to the community at large.
