Rob Mills has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology, Digital Commerce and Strategy Officer of Tractor Supply Company since August 2018 and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer from 2014-2018. In this role, he is responsible for leading teams in charge of building technology platforms to support the growth of all business functions, overseeing Ecommerce and coordinating the Company’s long-term strategy. Prior to joining Tractor Supply, Rob was the Chief Information Officer for Ulta Beauty and has held roles at Allstate Insurance, Rockwell International and Household Finance Corporation. He has been a Director of B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE: BGS) since March 2018 and a member of the RealTruck Board since May 2022. He serves as the Risk Committee Chair for B&G Foods. Rob also formerly served as the former Chairman for the NRF CIO Council.
