Richard Munro is an experienced Board member, international CEO and CFO, and business advisor. He currently serves as an Independent Director of UST, LLC., a private equity owned leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements; as President of the NACD Pacific Southwest Chapter Board; as a Director and Officer of the California Receivers Forum LA/OC Chapter; and as CEO of Invenz, Inc. He previously served as Chairman of Bolero Industries, Inc., Chairman of Structural Concepts Engineering, Inc., and as a Director and CEO of Naturade, Inc. (NRDC:OTCBB). His career experience includes CEO, CFO, COO, and CRO executive positions, he is a recognized restructuring and turnaround expert and has held court fiduciary appointments as a Receiver and Provisional Director, strategic consulting positions, court expert appointments, and has successfully mediated business partnership disputes. Richard is a Board Leadership Fellow and Directorship Certified by NACD, and holds an MBA degree from Auckland University, a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management Information Systems from the University of Canterbury and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) of New Zealand.
