Paul D. Donahue serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Genuine Parts Company. In April of 2019 the Board of Directors appointed him as Chairman, in May of 2016, he was named Chief Executive Officer, and in January of 2012 he was named President of the Company.
