Ozzie Gromada Meza
President and CEO of the Latino Corporate Directors Association
Ozzie Gromada Meza is the acting president and CEO of the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA). In his current role, he leads the preeminent membership organization comprised of accomplished executives at the pinnacle of corporate governance to advance diversity in the boardroom committed to increasing the representation of Hispanic/Latinos on corporate boards.
Prior to his current role, he was vice president of member and talent services for LCDA, collaborating with boards of directors, C-suite executives, search firms, and key-board influencers in influencing the board-talent pipeline of hundreds of prominent organizations.
As a talent intelligence expert, Gromada Meza’s career has spanned across search firms, consulting, and Fortune 1000 organizations. Prior to joining LCDA, he was a talent intelligence lead at JamesDruryPartners, a leading board advisory services firm. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in developing the executive-recruiting function at Allstate Insurance, including spearheading the build-out of one of the first comprehensive competitive intelligence divisions within talent acquisition.
He has been recognized as an ESG, Diversity & Climate Trailblazer in Diligent’s Modern Governance 100 and awarded the Business & Finance Impact Award by Special Libraries Association. Gromada Meza serves as an advisory board member of the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors.
He has a bachelor of science in information systems and a master of science in library and information science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He and his husband are the proud parents of twins and call Reno, Nevada, home.
