Nora Denzel

Nora M. Denzel is an independent board director with AMB, SUSE Linux, NortonLifeLock and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She became a full-time independent board director after retiring in 2012 as a key C-suite executive at Intuit (TurboTax, Mint, and QuickBooks), with her last position being senior vice president of Big Data. Prior, she held technical executive roles at HP Enterprise as the SVP of three divisions (all with over $1 billion P&Ls): Computer Storage, Enterprise Software, and HPE Consulting. She also was a senior executive at Legato Systems Inc. (now part of DellEMC). She began her career as an IBM software engineer, progressing to become an executive.
Denzel has served for more than 10 years on the board of AnitaB.org, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing the number of women in computing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University. In 2012, she was named as one of the top 25 women engineers by Business Insider Magazine.
