Chief Administrative Officer, Public Storage; Board Member, WillScot

Natalia is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the financial services, consumer retail, and real estate industries. As a dynamic leader, she has a unique ability to identify, design, and execute strategic transformation opportunities that enhance enterprise-wide performance through team engagement and appropriate risk management. 

Natalia has served on the Board of Directors of WillScot (NASDAQ: WSC), North America’s leader of turnkey modular space and storage solutions, since 2023. The company’s more than 5,000 employees and 130 million square feet of turnkey space, including mobile offices and portable storage containers, serve more than 100,000 customers across a range of industries. Natalia is a member of the audit and compensation committees. 

Currently, Natalia is Chief Administrative Officer of Public Storage (S&P 500; NYSE: PSA), the world’s largest REIT focused on owning, operating, and developing self-storage facilities with a total capitalization of approximately $65 billion. PSA’s 6,200 employees serve two million customers at more than 3,300 facilities across the United States. In her role, Natalia leads technology & cybersecurity, transformation, customer care center, human capital, data science, safety and security, and corporate strategy. Natalia is a member of the executive team and participates in all Public Storage Board of Trustee meetings. 

Natalia leads Public Storage’s industry-leading digital and operating model transformation. The company is pioneering the sector’s digital transformation as it innovates and evolves beyond the manual, labor-intensive model still utilized by peers. To date, transformation efforts have increased productivity by 30%, created $65 million in run-rate labor cost savings, and driven net operating income margins above 80%. 

Natalia is also leading Public Storage’s cultural transformation centered on encouraging innovation, enhancing engagement, and infusing the company’s long-standing focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Natalia’s modernization of the human resources function while serving as Chief Human Resources Officer has enabled the practical mix of social and financial progress, including an evolved labor model with greater career advancement opportunity while achieving optimized labor costs. 

Natalia held various senior management positions at Bank of America prior to joining Public Storage, including Chief Operating Officer for Mortgage Technology and Human Resources Executive for the Mortgage Business. As COO, she led technology operations and change management, driving a 35% reduction in total cost of application across a billion-dollar budget. As HR Executive, she successfully led a 55,000 person organization through the financial crisis in an effort that included significant hiring, training, and retention planning. Natalia was a member of the Management Committee responsible for addressing many regulatory challenges and played a key HR role in the Countrywide-Bank of America merger and divestiture of several non-core businesses. 

Earlier in her career, Natalia held various management roles for Coca-Cola and San Cristóbal Insurance in her home country of Argentina. Natalia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica De Córdoba, Argentina.
