Morgan brings 25 years of HR Strategy, HR Business Partnership, and Talent Management leadership experience to her consulting practice, with agility and experience in healthcare, technology, and retail spaces in small, mid-size, and large Fortune 500 global organizations. Morgan’s passion is helping organizations secure, grow, and leverage talent and people strategies to drive business outcomes. She is a trusted expert and partner, advisor, and executive coach. Data savvy and outcome driven, Morgan is a change enabler with the ability to harness innovation and best practices and translate them into inspiring, achievable, and practical talent solutions to propel each unique business forward. Prior to joining the consulting profession, Morgan held leadership roles encompassing the full scope of the talent lifecycle, including talent attraction, assessment, coaching, development, organizational design, DEI&B, culture and engagement, performance enablement, change management and succession planning for Senior Leaders and C-Suites. Most recently, she was the VP of Talent Management & DEIB at Omnicell, and prior to that spent 11 years with McKesson in progressively responsible roles, most recently as VP, Talent Partnership/Talent Management as well as HR Business Partner leadership. Prior to that, Morgan held HR leadership roles at Ironworks Consulting, Circuit City, and ProQuest. Morgan holds a BA in Psychology from Davidson College, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and a MS in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. Morgan resides in Richmond, VA.
