Mike Keebaugh is a Principal in the Boston office of Pay Governance. Michael primarily serves the Boston and Northeast markets for Pay Governance and has also assisted clients throughout the country. He has approximately 13 years of experience working with Compensation Committees and Senior Management teams on executive compensation issues Mike’s active client base is primarily focused on the life sciences industry from pre-clinical to commercial and spanning across all phases of the business lifecycle, ranging from start-up to IPO planning to steady-state public Michael is an analytical & strategic expert in executive and broad compensation design: development of competitive compensation structures for both senior executives and broad employee base, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, equity plans, pay for performance analyses, succession planning, and peer group development, among others He has authored various articles on executive compensation matters and his work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Agenda, and WorldatWork’s publications: Workspan and Journal He graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics and minor in History, and has completed significant coursework in Physics and Mathematics
