Marie Oh Huber

Board Member, Portland General Electric; Former SVP, Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, eBay

Marie Oh Huber is an experienced board member and C-suite leader. She has served on public, private, and nonprofit boards and currently sits on the board of Portland General Electric (NYSE: POR), an energy/electric company, where she chairs the nominating and governance / sustainability committee and sits on the compensation, culture, and talent committee.

She also served on the boards of Europe-based Adevinta, an online classifieds company operating on a dozen international platforms focusing on consumer goods, autos, jobs, and real estate; the James Campbell Co., a private-family-controlled commercial real estate company; and the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, the largest community foundation in the country, where she chaired the nominating and governance committee as well as the search committee for the current CEO.

She recently retired from eBay after nine years as its chief legal officer (CLO). Prior to eBay, she served as CLO at Agilent Technologies, a life sciences company that spun out from Hewlett-Packard, where she also worked.
