Margot, an award-winning, celebrated trailblazer  in Al, is a strategic SAAS executive leader, business builder, and lead director for global public companies.

As President of Living Mountain Capital and Co-Founder of Cien, an AI company revolutionizing sales productivity, Margot continuously pursues the art of the possible in a dynamic industry. She actively promotes growth and greatness among individuals of all ages, inspiring them to aspire higher.

She is the Lead Director, Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee of Installed Building Products (NYSE:IBP), and a board member and a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee and Compensation Committee of Eagle Materials Inc. (NYSE:EXP.) and a board member and a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee of Tyler Technologies.  

Previously, Margot was a C-suite executive for global public companies including RealPage, Inc., a leading provider of real estate software and data analytics, SoundView/Charles Scwab and Cantor Fitzgerald she helped rebuild after 9/11. She  holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, a B.A. from Binghamton University, and a certificate in AI from MIT’s Sloan School.  Margot serves as Chair Emeritus of the NACD North Texas and is a member of NACD’s lead director steering committee. She has been named a D500 Most Power Business Leader in North Texas by D CEO Magazine for the past four years.
