Lynn Elsenhans

Director, Saudi Aramco, Kiewit, TSMC

The former chair and CEO of Sunoco and Sunoco Logistics, Lynn Elsenhans served Sunoco from August 2008 until May 2012. Before joining Sunoco, she had a 28-year career with Royal Dutch Shell. Her executive positions with Shell included executive vice president of Global Manufacturing, president of Shell Oil Company, and president and CEO of Shell Oil Products for both the Asia Pacific Middle East and US regions. While at Shell she had assignments in Houston, Singapore, and London.

She currently is on the boards of Saudi Aramco, Kiewit, and TSMC. She is a former board member of Baker Hughes, GlaxoSmithKline, Flowserve, and International Paper Company. Elsenhans is a current member of the advisory board at the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. She also currently serves on the advisory board for Advancing Women Executives. She is a trustee emeritus of Rice University, and a former member of the advisory boards of the Baker Institute, the engineering school and the graduate business school, at Rice.

She is a former trustee of the First Tee, United Way of Greater Houston, and the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. She continues to be involved with special task forces and committees for the United Way of Greater Houston.

Elsenhans has a BA in mathematical sciences from Rice University and an MBA from Harvard University.
