Lynn Cifichiello

Sourcing Specialist, Product Development TJX, Inc

Lynn Cifichiello is a senior merchant with deep expertise across apparel, accessories and home furnishings, and proven experience driving growth in global retail markets. She currently works in Product Development for TJX, Inc., specializing in Sourcing for Soft Home across eight global divisions, including HomeGoods, TJX Canada, and TJX International (Australia and Europe). Previously, she was the Director of Buying at Sara Campbell, a Boston-based women’s specialty boutique with 24 stores. Lynn began her retail career selling designer shoes at Nordstrom’s flagship store in Seattle and spent over six years in e-commerce, buying, and planning roles at Nordstrom. In 2012, Lynn relocated to New York City, where she spent eight years in corporate retail, holding leadership positions at global brands including West Elm, Tommy Hilfiger, and Ralph Lauren, where she was Director of DTC Planning for nearly five years. She has also consulted with startup DTC retail companies in New York and Boston, including Tee Commerce, an e-commerce platform offering personalized apparel and accessories for private clubs nationwide, including golf, tennis, yacht, and beach.

Originally from Seattle, Lynn has been a Junior League member for seven years in Seattle, New York City and is currently an active member of the Junior League of Boston. Additionally, Lynn volunteers for the Fordham University Long Island Scholarship Fund in memory of her late father-in-law, John Cifichiello (Gabelli School of Business Class of 1968). This scholarship provides four years of tuition assistance to academically outstanding recipients from Long Island, New York.

She has a Bachelors of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from Seattle Pacific University, and now lives in Braintree, Massachusetts.
