She has over 25 years of experience, including work as an audit leader and advisory professional in industries like financial services. Her keen eye for strategy and her people-focused leadership help fuel growth for Grant Thornton’s clients while helping her colleagues advance successful, rewarding careers.

Prior to her role as market managing partner, Heacock served Grant Thornton as a partner and leader of the firm’s finance transformation practice in the firm’s West region. She has also served in leadership roles for Deloitte, EY, the business consulting firm RGP, and several other organizations.
