Kris is a seasoned professional with 30 years of management consulting, auditing, financial analysis, and corporate board experience. She currently focuses on the board agenda, including the board’s role in strategy definition, disruptive innovation, board performance and culture, and long-term value/ESG. She previously led EY Americas Strategy and Customer Consulting Services and is one of the founders of the EY Purpose-Led Transformation™ organization. Experienced in large-scale business transformation associated with business process and system integration efforts, she focuses on strategy consulting, customer experience, sales and services processes, business development, value realization, financial engineering, human resource processes, change leadership, organization change and technology-driven transformation. Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, she held various strategy practice leadership roles with a multinational technology company and a multinational professional services firm. Kris received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from UCLA.
