Kirsten Davies, global chief information security officer (CISO) for Unilever, is a hands-on, experienced leader of cybersecurity and enterprise risk management, enterprise transformation, and technology risk and digital innovation. With a wealth of experience across multiple industries, continents, and five Global and Fortune 250 companies, Kirsten has also served as CISO for Estée Lauder Inc., managing director and corporate security officer for Barclays Africa Group (now Absa), and global deputy CISO for both Hewlett Packard Enterprises and Siemens. Previous roles found her in leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte Australia. As a passionate advocate for several nonprofits and women’s initiatives and a mentor for women around the world, Kirsten supports the A21 Campaign, Nuru International, the NOMI Network, Women in Technology, and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
