Prior to his role at Aon, Kim was a Partner within Accenture’s Insurance Practice, where he was a Global Client Account Lead and oversaw the work the firm did for global insurance companies. In his role as a Partner at Accenture, Kim advised his clients on a broad range of topics including enterprise operating model and digital transformation, change management, business and technology outsourcing, leveraging data and analytics to grow revenue and drive cost efficiency, strategic M&A, and improving client and employee experiences.

Kim was previously a leader at a private equity consulting firm where he served large private equity funds across their M&A activities – from pre-acquisition due diligence to portfolio company operating model optimization. Earlier in his career, Kim worked in the banking industry and was an executive at PNC Financial Services.

Kim has an MBA from the Wharton Business School at The University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. International Business from Ohio Wesleyan University.
