Keith Jesson

Keith Jesson is a Partner at Pay Governance with 17 years of executive compensation consulting experience. He assists companies in areas including executive compensation strategy, peer group development, executive compensation assessments, annual and long-term incentive plan design, severance and change in control agreements, director compensation, etc. Additionally, Keith has significant experience in executive retirement plan design and deferred compensation plans given his former background as a retirement actuary.
Keith has worked with many companies across a wide range of industries including the biopharmaceutical, energy, insurance, financial services, and utility sectors.
Prior to joining Pay Governance in October 2010, Keith worked for thirteen years as both a retirement and executive compensation consultant at Towers Perrin/Towers Watson (now WTW).
Keith has published multiple Viewpoints for Pay Governance on a variety of executive compensation topics.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Sciences from Temple University. Keith is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries.
