Karenann or KAT as she is known, has been a driver of transformation for enterprises at scale through technology for her entire operating career across multiple industries. She is now pursuing her KAT 2.0 pivot. She is a board member of UiPath, Switch, Eaton, and Fractal Analytics in India, as well as executive advisory board member of Google and a Sr. Advisor at Insight Partners as well as several growth technology companies. 

As a Chief Digital and Information officer in Pharma (GlaxoSmithKline and Baxter), Retail (Walmart), and Automotive (Mercedes/Chrysler), Karenann led technology organization transformation leading to digital business model opportunities. These included development of new products built to enhance financial performance and intelligent products for supply chain, research and development and customer insights. 

Karenann is recognized as a role model, mentor and leading advocate for women in technology and STEM. She is a winner of the prestigious Fisher Hoper prize for career technology leadership and has been awarded outstanding Engineering honors from Purdue and Kettering University.
