Julia Miller Spracklen, J. D. is Chief Operating Officer for RHSB. She is primarily responsible for overseeing and assisting with development and implementation of strategic planning for staff, customer service, and administrative operations, including daily management working with Team Leaders of Commercial Lines, Risk Services, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits Departments. Julia serves on the Board of Directors and is the lead for all operational personnel. Julia coordinates with our insurance carrier partners to maintain or further develop relationships and help achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and department and/or organization collaboration. She is also responsible for budgeting, vendor management, IT coordination and implementation, organizational efficiencies, and internal legal analysis and review. Prior to COO she served RHSB as Vice President of Risk Services.
