Former Executive VP and CFO, Revlon | Chairman, Audit Commitee, Deckers Brands, Western Alliance Bancorp and Diversey, Inc.

Juan is the former executive vice president and chief financial officer of Revlon (REV), a NYSE listed manufacturer and marketer of beauty and personal care products. Currently, Juan serves as chairman of the audit committees at Deckers Brands (NYSE: DECK), Western Alliance Bancorp (NYSE: WAL) and Diversey, Inc. (NSASDAQ: DSEY). In addition, Juan previously chaired the audit committee of PVH Corp (NYSE: PVH). Prior to joining Revlon, Juan served as executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer of NII Holdings, a formerly NASDAQ listed provider of wireless communication services under the Nextel brand, and at Newell Brands (NYSE: NWL), a global marketer of consumer and commercial products, listed on the NASDAQ. Before serving at Newell Brands, Juan was executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Primo Water Corp (formerly Cott Corporation - PRMW), a diversified beverage company and manufacturer of retailer brands beverages, listed on the Toronto and NYSE. Juan also served as vice president in charge of mergers and acquisitions at Walmart. Prior to Walmart he served in a number of key international positions at PepsiCo, including VP and managing director for Frito-Lay Dominican Republic, VP of Business Integration for Frito-Lay Europe in London, VP and Chief Financial Officer of Frito-Lay South Europe in Barcelona, VP and Chief Financial Officer of Pepsi-Cola Bottling in Sao Paulo and VP and Chief Financial Officer of Pepsi-Cola Latin America. Juan began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co., in Miami, where he rose to senior audit manager, specializing in banking and insurance. Juan is a member of the NACD, the AICPA and FICPA. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University. Juan is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
