JONATHAN C. GREEN is an Assistant Attorney General and the Chief of the Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. He has participated in the review of numerous large health care transactions, overseen the precipitous closure of a liberal arts college and the review of higher education transactions, and served as lead or co-lead on trials of fiduciary duty violations.  Previously, Jon worked in the law department of a large municipality, focusing on litigation matters. He also worked for the law firm of Bingham McCutchen, as an associate in the project finance group. Jon received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
