John Killian is currently board advisor for Hive, the decentralized, sustainable cloud alternative. He is formerly the chief auditor of Citigroup’s Institutional Clients Group, chief financial officer and chief risk officer of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, and Asia Pacific controller for Goldman Sachs. Killian has extensive experience in the design, implementation, monitoring, and risk assessment of process and control environments for emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, blockchain, and robotic process automation. He has twenty years of experience abroad in a heavily regulated environment, successfully navigating cross-border regulation and compliance.
