Jill Smith is a successful global business leader, board chair and director, who brings nearly 20 years as a CEO of public and private technology companies, and over a decade as a non-exec director for companies in the technology, industrial and healthcare sectors.  Jill served as Chairman, CEO and President of DigitalGlobe Inc., a global provider of satellite imagery products and services, which she took public.  She successfully turned around and exited two VC-backed companies, eDial and SRDS, and rationalized the early-stage portfolio of UK-listed Allied Minds to refocus and grow the promising assets to deliver investor returns.  Jill also co-founded Treacy & Company, a consulting and boutique investment business. She started her career at Bain & Company, where she was a Partner.  She has served on the board of 10 public companies and multiple private companies, in addition to a  multi-billion dollar family-owned business, J M Huber, which has won multiple awards recognizing its governance. She currently serves as a director for Check Point, R1 RCM, and MDA Space, and as a trustee for various non-profit organizations.
