Jessica Saperstein is a seasoned C-Suite executive, corporate board member, and senior advisor focused on helping organizations accelerate growth by putting customers at the center of their strategy and operations.

Over her career, Jessica has provided strategy counsel and leadership in the areas of growth, innovation and marketing at companies including ADP, Avis Budget Group, Novartis, and Voya Financial. Jessica is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Church Mutual Insurance Company where she also serves on the Audit and Human Capital Committees. Jessica most recently served as Chief Customer Experience Officer of Voya Financial where she was responsible for optimizing customer journeys, user experience, analytics and client-centric strategy, innovation and operations. She provides strategic advisory services to leaders, boards and investment firms, leveraging her cross-industry experiences to accelerate growth and business optimization.

As a corporate strategist, Jessica has supported global organizations in transforming to address changing customer needs and technology shifts. She has built client-centric strategies for billion-dollar businesses, leveraging the Net Promoter System, data analytics/AI, and scalable technology. Jessica has founded innovation and new business teams and launched products aligned to customer needs across multiple categories including financial wellness, HR/benefits, data-as-a-service, car rental, and consumer healthcare. Jessica is passionate about leading teams aligned around purpose and improving customer outcomes. She establishes results-driven, collaborative cultures for hybrid teams and actively mentors emerging leaders and business school students.

Jessica holds a BA in Communications and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is a keynote speaker on Customer Centricity, Growth, Brand Purpose and Women in Leadership. Jessica speaks fluent French and is a dual citizen of the US and Canada. She is a Certified Director of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and serves on the board of Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ).
