J. Puckett

J. Puckett is Senior Partner Emeritus of Boston Consulting Group. He recently retired after 35 years with BCG, where he held numerous leadership roles, including Managing Director of the Dallas office, Americas’ leader of the People & Organization practice, and founder and global leader of BCG U, the firm's high-impact upskilling business . J. also founded and led BCG’s global Education and Workforce business.

J. worked throughout his career advising leaders and boards of large public and private companies, as well as governments and NGOs at a local, national and global level. He has hands-on experience in business strategy design and implementation, enterprise building, large-scale transformation, organization design, talent development and capability building, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

J. currently serves on a number of for-profit and non-profit boards. He has also served on two World Economic Forum Councils (Future of Education and Future of Education, Gender and Work). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and an MBA from Wharton.
