Henry Miller is the Chairman of the Global Life Sciences Practice, specializing in executive search for life sciences and healthcare organizations. His access to leading global executives is built on 27 years of working at the highest levels. He assists in identifying impactful key executives for high-level C-Suite general management, commercial, operational, financial, and technical roles. Henry has successfully led global assignments in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany, France, China, the Philippines, Japan, Mexico, and Brazil, among others.

Miller’s previous experience includes Global Practice Leader and equity owner of Diversified Search Group for nine years, Senior Vice President and Global Life Sciences Practice Leader with the Solomon Page Group; US Managing Director and equity owner at a privately held search firm sold to a publicly listed company and commenced his career as a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice at Heidrick & Struggles International.

Henry is a graduate of Rider University with a B.S. in Management & Organizational Behavior. He currently serves on the boards of Glycadia Pharmaceuticals and Eluna, a non-profit organization supporting children impacted by grief and/or addiction.
