He advises companies ranging in size and stage, from pre–initial public offering and emerging growth companies to established Fortune 50 organizations.
Arnold supports both compensation committees on executive pay and governance issues as well as management teams seeking to address strategic compensation issues, including equity strategy and incentive plan design. Arnold has prior experience at Mercer Consulting and Korn Ferry’s human capital practice.
Additionally, Arnold formerly served in a human resources leadership role overseeing compensation, benefits, and HR operations for a private-equity-backed retail services company with over 50,000 employees.
